Shipping Policy

Shipping available to the United States and Us Territories.

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed. Your order will be shipped out in the order it was received. 

HI Nesian Apparel is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods by the postal service. Once your order has left our store, received by the postal service and a tracking number has been assigned, we are not liable for any lost or damaged goods.

* Packages shipped out via USPS Priority Mail is not always guaranteed to be delivered within 3-7 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

New merchandise (unworn, unwashed with original tags & packaging) may be returned with 30 days of the shipment of your order, unlike most companies we do not charge shipping on our orders therefore we have two refund methods:

  • Store credit: 100% Refund

  • Refund to payment method (this method is subject to a fee for shipping incurred)

Exchanges (if applicable)

To be eligible for a EXCHANGE, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To request an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item but a different size, send us an email at alohaswapmeet@gmail.com 

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary by where you live.
